Every Rental Technician is fully trained and works in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Integrated Management System, which exceeds the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
Our rental operation is regularly audited via the Systems Compliance Department, as part of a constant, ongoing programme to ensure they are kept up to date with new products, legislation and processes. Rental Technicians are also covered by £10,000,000 of public and product liability insurance. All Rental Technicians are CRB checked, carry identity cards and wear an easily recognisable ArjoHuntleigh uniform, providing you and your staff with security and peace of mind.

All calls are personally answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There are no answer phones. Contact Centre staff are fully trained and are supported by a team of Clinical Advisors and Rental Technicians nationwide to ensure that any clinical, product or operational issue experienced can be solved in the quickest of time.
